Order Information
To place an order, click on the "add to cart" button next to the item. After you are done shopping you may view your cart and total by going to the checkout screen and clicking on the "view cart" button. Please allow 2-3 days for processing once you have made your payment. In some cases (i.e. special orders or special requests) orders may take longer to process.
Products will not be shipped until payment is made in full. Larger orders may require additional processing time. Thank you for your patience!
Custom orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Sorry, there are no refunds on special or custom orders. Most items are one of a kind. If for some reason the item you order is not available, we will do our best to reproduce it in the same colors. Please contact us if you are interested in a customized order.

Return Policy
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns for non-defective items will have a 20% restocking charge, and will be shipped at the customer's expense.
All returns must have a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers may be requested via email and must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds for returned goods will be made once the item had been returned to us.
Items that have been approved for return and have been given a return authorization must be shipped back to us within 48 hours. If you cannot ship the item within 48 hours of receiving your return authorization, you must request an additional authorization number.
